Refund Policy:  Due to the need for our restaurant partners to order in advance for your reservation and ticket commitment, we can only refund ticket charges with a minimum of 72 hours notice.  Customer explicitly understands and agrees that American Fine Wine Competition will incur fees and expenses whether customer attends or not if the 72 hours notice is not given.  Customer explicitly understands and agrees to be liable for all charges associated with a past notice cancellation and agrees to pay said charge.

Privacy Policy:  We take your privacy very seriously.  This policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control or employees, agents, or people of other agencies or charities associated with American Fine Wine Competition.

The American Fine Wine Competition does not sell or share your personal financial information in any manner.  The American Fine Wine Competition reserves the right to share non financial information with event charities and sponsors.   This information may include but is not limited to email address or other contact information.

Limitation of Liability:  You expressly understand and agree that this site, its affiliates and employees shall in no event whatsoever be liable for any damages of any kind for any reason.  This includes any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, arising out of or in connection with the use, or performance of this site or any matter relating to this site or any of the services of this site or its employees.
